For established moving companies
30+ exclusive home moves, booked on your calendar every month.
You already have the trucks and the crew. We fill them with exclusive, verified moves that land on your calendar, and you only pay as moves are booked. You never pay for clicks and you never pay for shared leads.

You already know this feeling
Your trucks can do more moves than your phone books.
Some months you turn work away. Other months you stare at the calendar and hope the phone rings enough to cover payroll. The capacity was never the problem. The pipeline is the problem, and every way you’ve tried to fix it works against you.

$$$
The Google bid war
Every mover in your city bids on the same clicks. The price keeps rising, and the click was never a qualified customer in the first place.
$60–100
The shared-lead race
You pay to race three other companies to a phone number that's already annoyed by the time you dial. The lowest quote wins, so everyone loses margin.
?
Referrals and hope
Referrals fill gaps, but you can't turn them up in a slow month, and you can't staff a company on hope.
The other side
Now picture the first of the month.
You open the calendar and the month is already covered. You hire because you’re growing instead of gambling. You quote at your own price because the customer never spoke to a competitor. Slow season stops being something you survive and becomes a dial you turn.
That’s what happens when booking stops depending on luck.
Why this exists
I got tired of watching movers get bled dry.
I’m Christian Troelsen, founder of ContractMovers. I’ve spent four years doing marketing for moving companies and nothing else, and before that I sat inside other agencies and watched how the industry operates from the inside. Supposedly exclusive leads were quietly sold five ways. Ad accounts were copied over from plumbing clients. Reports were built to look busy while the cost per job kept climbing.
What finally broke me was watching a good operator with a full crew, clean trucks and twenty years in business nearly lay men off in a slow quarter while his lead provider kept invoicing him for numbers that never picked up.
So I built one system for one industry, and our revenue only exists when your booked moves do. That’s the entire billing model.

How it works
The Territory Engine.
The Engine runs on three parts, and all three were built for movers only.
We capture exclusively
Mover-specific video ads run on Meta in your territory and nowhere else. Every inquiry belongs to you. We never resell and we never share.
A human verifies every lead
A structured questionnaire removes tire-kickers on the spot. We then call every lead within 2 minutes, in your company's name, and confirm the move details by text. A lead that fails verification never touches your calendar.
The job arrives sized
Origin, destination, driving distance and scope are computed at the moment of booking. Your team opens the CRM to a quotable job instead of a mystery phone number.

The outcome
What changes when the Engine is on.
Booked moves
30+ moves
On your schedule every month, exclusive to you. Enough to keep every truck rolling.
Your quote wins
No discounts
The customer never talks to another mover, so you quote your full rate and win the job anyway.
Cost per signed job
$277–375
That's everything, ad spend included. The average move bills thousands, so the job pays for itself before the truck is loaded.
Why this works when everything else didn’t
Here’s what nobody in this industry says out loud.
Shared-lead platforms
They make more money every time they resell the same lead. Their model requires competitors on every phone number. They’re paid to work against you.
They make more money when more movers bid on the same click. The auction is the product. Your rising cost per lead is their revenue, working as intended.
ContractMovers
We only get paid when a verified move lands on your calendar, and we only take one mover per territory. That leaves exactly one way for us to make money: your territory has to produce.
The proof
It’s already running.
More than 600 qualified leads move through the Engine every month across the US, the UK, Australia and Canada. Every one is exclusive to a single mover, and every one is called within 2 minutes in that mover’s name.
This is what reaches your calendar, and nothing less does. →
Lead pricing
One price per lead. Nothing else on the invoice.
What we charge on average for each type of lead. Every one is exclusive, verified by a call in your name, and sized before you quote.
Local moves
$50
In-town and short-haul residential moves.
Regional
$85
Cross-state moves within your wider region.
Long distance
$125
Interstate and cross-country relocations.
Commercial
$130
Office and business relocations.
The ad spend math
What 30 booked appointments costs in ad spend.
It takes about $1,250 in ad spend on average to book 30 appointments a month, excluding the fees we charge to use our systems. The average signed move bills thousands, so one job covers the whole month of spend.

Before you ask
Fair questions.
Who pays for the ad spend?
We do. Ad spend is built into the model, which is how our clients sign jobs at $277 to $375 all in, on average. You never fund an ad account and you never eat spend on campaigns that fail to produce.
What counts as a booked move?
A paying customer with a confirmed move. Verified by our call within 2 minutes, details confirmed by text, distance and scope computed, sitting in your CRM ready to quote. Anything less does not count and does not get billed.
I tried Meta ads and they didn't work.
Then they were not built for a moving company. Your customers are already on Meta, because the same people who search on Google scroll it an hour later. The difference between failed Meta ads and 30 booked moves a month comes down to mover-specific creative, 2-minute verification and zero competitors in your territory. That is what the Engine delivers.
How fast am I live?
You are live within 24 hours of your deposit, and the first verified moves typically follow within days.
Is my territory still available?
The only way to know is to ask, and territories close permanently while a client is active. Book the call and we will tell you within the first two minutes.
